Honest answers

When will my order ship?

Here's the honest answer. We're a three-person operation, not a warehouse robot army. Everything ships from within the Netherlands, but packing happens by hand. Most orders go out within a few days, occasionally up to six if we're swamped.

Will my order reach me in Germany, France, Spain, or Italy?

Yes. We ship from the Netherlands to 26 EU countries.

Is this real Sichuan stuff or "inspired by"?

Real stuff. The chilies, peppercorns, doubanjiang, and caiziyou oil (toasted rapeseed oil) come from Sichuan and other district growers and distributors we tracked down ourselves.
